I’ve had a very very positive experience with Ashmont Homes. Having overlooked the building process with my in-laws, they went above and beyond of what I expected. I’m very very happy with the build. Ashmont always went above and beyond. Andrew, Tim, Lloyd, Brendan, Jaimi, they were very responsive, excellent communication. Every time I had a query they would respond. A standout moment would be Andrew taking us to a showroom and actually spending hours with us just to go through products and give us advice. They were also able to meet us on weekends. So they were taking time out of their weekends just to meet with us, so that was really appreciated. Great Customer service.
The custom design process with Ashmont Homes was streamlined. From the very beginning, to when we moved into our home, every process and every step was well thought out. They were able to guide us in the right direction. All we needed to do was give them a couple ideas and from that, they were able to bring that into reality.
In terms of timing, Ashmont performed beyond expectations. We started the build in February and they promised to finish the house before the end of the year. It’s actually a month before Christmas, so now that we are moved in early, we get to enjoy Christmas in our brand new home. Ashmont’s standard quality is of a very high standard. I would recommend all my friends and family to use Ashmont Homes.
