We’ll provide an Initial Price Estimate, covering site-specific costs and construction, to help you determine if Ashmont Homes is the right fit for your project.

Design Consultation

Our design team will collaborate with you to understand your needs, preferences, and budget. We'll discuss design concepts and lifestyle requirements to create a custom design tailored perfectly for your family.

Concept Design

Your initial concept design will be ready for review in no time. We'll work together to make adjustments and personalise the design, making it truly yours!

Detailed Pricing Review

We’re committed to transparent pricing. We’ll discuss what you want to include in your new home, giving you a clear picture of the total cost and helping you avoid budget surprises.

Tender Process

Once you're completely comfortable with the Concept Design and Pricing, we'll move forward to the Tender Process. This includes preparing Architectural Plans, conducting a Detailed Compliance Assessment, and gathering more information about your block of land, including a Survey Report and a Soil Report.
