His well-rounded expertise in construction, compliance, finance, and design plays a key role in guiding clients through their home-building journey with confidence and clarity.
Tim BOUTKASKA Director | Construction
As Construction Director of Ashmont Homes, Tim brings over 20 years of experience across pre-construction, estimating, and site management. A Licensed Builder and Carpenter, he’s known for his sharp attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality. Tim takes a hands-on approach—mentoring the construction team, maintaining high standards, and constantly refining the building process. Even after hundreds of builds, he approaches every project with care and respect—fully understanding the responsibility that comes with building someone’s home.

With 33 years of experience as a Building Designer, Kylie is a highly skilled Design Specialist who brings creativity, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail to every project. Lara Marketing Coordinator
With a Bachelor of Design and Media, Lara is the creative force behind Ashmont’s marketing. From branding and social media to print and video, she brings the Ashmont story to life. Lloyd Estimating & Procurement
With over 17 years of industry experience working with both major and custom builders, Lloyd is a highly technical building professional who thrives on the details—numbers, products and methodology. He ensures every option presented is cost-effective and enjoys exploring out-of-the-box solutions to achieve the best results for our clients.
Brendan Site Manager
With 15 years of industry experience and a background as a licensed carpenter, Brendan brings hands-on expertise and strong leadership to every Ashmont build. As Site Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations—coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring every stage meets Ashmont’s high standards. Brendan plays a vital role in keeping your build running smoothly, safely, and on schedule from start to finish.
WADE Leading hand
Wade is a highly skilled Licensed Carpenter and a trusted leader on our construction team. From frames to final fix, he brings strong technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail to every stage of the build. As Leading Hand, Wade keeps things moving on site—coordinating our in-house carpentry team, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring quality is delivered at every step.
