They were very open and transparent through the whole process. We knew what we were getting and at what budget, and whether it was within our scope to achieve. The customer service was fantastic. From the start Andrew and Jaimi have been fantastic. Guiding us along the way. They spent hours and hours with us, going to different showrooms and talking us through options, and sharing what their thoughts were on our opinions. Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was really fantastic from the Ashmont Team.

I felt really reassured. Every step of the process I felt like I was in safe hands and that they were guiding us and giving us all the expert advice. Everything was done as a partnership. Andrew – You’re brilliant! The first phone call we had with you lasted over an hour, when we met you for the first time in person we knew we found our builder. Thank you for pushing all the boundaries with the Council to give us a bigger and better home to fit in our irregular block.Luckily for us, you love a challenge! After a few knockbacks, we finally got the approval to build. Our build was quick, from knockdown to handover the process took 10 months. The whole process has been an absolute joy.

Tim – Our builder! Thank you for building our dream home. We love that you take such pride in each and every house you build like it’s your own home. Your eye for perfection is impressive! We loved our monthly update emails with photos to capture our building journey. We love our new home, it’s the best house on our street.

Jaimi – You are amazing! I love that we share the same love for Hampton-style homes, thank you for bouncing ideas with me and helping me choose the perfect selections for our beautiful home. I recently moved into my new home built by Ashmont Homes. They have built a beautiful house. I asked a friend who is an electrician if he worked for any builders that built a nice home and he didn’t hesitate when he mentioned Ashmont Homes.
On my first communication with them I knew Ashmont Homes was the right builder. Ashmont homes are only a small builder, so the care factor is there, and they make you feel you are part of their family. Hearing about builders going into liquidation was terrifying me. The builder could tell I was getting stressed but assured me everything would be okay. This was a very emotional build for me after finding out my previous house was starting to crack and sink from unstable land. The ability to deal direct with management rather than just staff member was a real bonus. Ashmont Homes doesn’t just build houses they build Homes.
I even had the Construction Supervisor Brendan on the floor under my study desk to plug in my power leads as I had a knee injury and didn’t have anyone to help me. He even helped connect my washing machine. This is the kind of thing other builders would never do. I have such a lovely home now. Building a home is a journey full of emotions such as excitement, state of confusion in making your choices, angry because of finances etc etc However nowadays, the biggest emotion anyone can feel while building a house is FEAR. Fear of everything what if my builder will build on time, how will I extend my rental agreement, what if the prices goes further up, what if the end product is not what was discussed, etc etc.
So here I am to share with you all that we chose to build our dream home with ASHMONT HOMES and I feel that we were blessed as we had such a smooth journey and everything was nothing less than perfect.
