The slab was poured almost exactly a year ago, so in terms of timing, we are ecstatic. It went without a hitch. The estimated timeframes we were given, were met, so no complaints from us at all. They were very open and transparent through the whole process. We knew what we were getting and at what budget, and whether it was within our scope to achieve. The customer service was fantastic. From the start Andrew and Jaimi have been fantastic. Guiding us along the way. They spent hours and hours with us, going to different showrooms and talking us through options, and sharing what their thoughts were on our opinions. Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was really fantastic from the Ashmont Team.
I felt really reassured. Every step of the process I felt like I was in safe hands and that they were guiding us and giving us all the expert advice. Everything was done as a partnership. Every time we came to them and said we would like to try this, they said yep we’ll explore that and make it work for you. Everything just went on time and according to plan so I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
