The “$15,000 Selection Voucher” offer is valid from 13 May 2024 and is valid to new Ashmont Homes customers. A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet requested a price estimate or tender or paid a tender request fee for their new home to be built at their nominated address by Ashmont Homes. This Voucher Offer applies to External Facade and Kitchen Selections only. A $15,000 credit will be applied as a credit variation against any Facade or Kitchen upgrades made during the selections process. Any unused value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied against items selected with third parties. Ashmont Homes standard building contract conditions apply. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer. Ashmont Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the “$15,000 Selections Voucher” offer at any time without prior notice.
