When we chose Ashmont Homes to build our home, the best part of the experience has been having one consistent point of contact from start to finish and that was Andrew Wong. He has been amazing and the communication has been amazing throughout our journey with Ashmont Homes.
Andrew has been very proactive from his end. He’s been getting in touch with us, just making sure we are comfortable with all the plans and whatever we decide. Even Tim has been very accommodating. We wanted some last-minute changes when the slabs were up and he was happy to accommodate us for those changes. So we’ve been really happy with the communication and what stands out is they’ve always said yes to us for any changes we wanted.
In terms of delivery and time frame, we were told initially that it’ll take around 8 to 10 months for this size of house and that it would be close to Christmas. However today is the 10th of November, so you can imagine how we are feeling! A big thank you to Andrew and Tim and the whole team of Ashmont Homes that could make it happen, and we could celebrate 2023 Diwali in our new house.
In terms of the design and selection experience, we were called over to the head office, Gregory Hills. Andrew and Jaimi were really helpful making sure to give their input, so we selected the right colours for our house and the colours have come out fantastic.
They knew that pricing is our first thing, so if there was anything that was not accommodating to our budget, they would tell us straight away. They would let us know that that this is something that you would need to consider, but this is something available to you as well so we could make pro-active decisions. We would definitely recommend Ashmont Homes to our friends and family—and not just them! If we ever decide to build another house, it’s a no-brainer—it’s going to be with Ashmont Homes.
