I highly recommend Andrew and the team at Ashmont Homes as they went above and beyond to make the building process of my new home as seamless as possible. Everyone was easy to work with; and was really patient when explaining the steps; they also took their time to ensure I understood every step of the way and ensured that everything was clear and understood by all parties involved (especially with my parents whose English is not their first language). The slab was poured almost exactly a year ago, so in terms of timing, we are ecstatic. It went without a hitch. The estimated timeframes we were given, were met, so no complaints from us at all. They were very open and transparent through the whole process. We knew what we were getting and at what budget, and whether it was within our scope to achieve. The customer service was fantastic. From the start Andrew and Jaimi have been fantastic. Guiding us along the way. They spent hours and hours with us, going to different showrooms and talking us through options, and sharing what their thoughts were on our opinions. Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was really fantastic from the Ashmont Team.
I felt really reassured. Every step of the process I felt like I was in safe hands and that they were guiding us and giving us all the expert advice. Everything was done as a partnership.
